Order Expectations (excluding custom orders)

Order Processing: 2-3 weeks, Once your order is placed, you will enter the queue to be completed. We may have to special order materials for your product, which could extend your processing time. We work very hard to make sure your order is fulfilled faster than this, but we cannot promise that.

*Items from Markdown Alley will ship 2-3 business days from purchase.

High Demand Items: High demand items are items within my store that are currently viral, or highly requested. These items are pre-orders, meaning the product will need to be purchased and produced before it will ship. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for production on top of the current turnaround time.

There is no guarantee for holiday or rush delivery, and rush delivery will not be available for this item.

If you order a viral item in combination with another item from my store, your entire order will be processed within the timeframe of the viral item.

Shipping Destinations: At this time, we ship to the United States and to Canada. Shipping within the United States is $3.00 for the first item and additional $1.00 for each item for domestic USPS first class shipping unless multiple items are purchased. The items will be shipped priority. 

Shipping to Canada is $11 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. 

Orders over $50 ship free. Wholesale shipping will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If you have questions, please message me about this. Please verify your billing and shipping address at the time of purchase. 

Shipping: Once your product leaves our shop, we can only offer you tracking updates as provided by the shipping company. Due to the increase in shipping due to COVID, you may experience delays in your order during transit. Expedited shipping only applies to shipping times, not order processing.

Return Policy:

Thanks for shopping at CBN! If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase then tough luck. Ahh, I’m just kidding. For more information see below section Returns and exchanges. 


Returns and Exchanges:

All items are made with the care and craftsmanship that my grandfather would be proud of.  Every shirt, unless ordered in large bulk numbers, is made to order. Due to the nature of handmade items no two items will be identical. The placement of the images may vary from shirt to shirt. However; the quality will vary.

We do understand that things happen in life to cause the need for return. If this is the case please contact us immediately so we can work with you through this process. Typically, you can return the item and get a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product that you do wish to return will need to be in the same condition and packaging as it was originally received in.

Refund Process:

After we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you immediately of your refund status.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment.) You will receive your payment within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
